Dutch immigrant, Harry deLeyer, journeyed to the United States after World War II and developed a transformative relationship with a broken down Amish plow horse he rescued off a slaughter truck bound for the glue factory. Harry paid eighty dollars for the horse and named him Snowman. In less than two years, Harry & Snowman went on to win the triple crown of show jumping, beating the nations blue bloods and they became famous and traveled around the world together. Their chance meeting at a Pennsylvania horse auction saved them both and crafted a friendship that lasted a lifetime. 香港电视广播有限公司与廉政公署为纪念廉政公署成立廿五年而合作拍摄的5集单元时装电视剧，监制为周辉。于1998年11月1日香港时间22:00在无线电视翡翠台首播。根据廉政公署己完成调查的案件改编而拍成的，亦是廉政公署第九套电视剧。剧集以写实手法拍摄，着重人性刻划，并透过描绘廉政公署调查员曲折的查案过程，揭露各种贪污事件，刻划出市民在贪污影响中所受的祸害。剧集共有五个单元，分别是《再见大龙凤》、《亿万裁决》、《老细有料》、《买路钱》和《特别通道》。
