　　中央气象台首席预报员 方翀：在春季就是说出现这种忽冷忽热的天气现象的话，应该来说还是比较常见的。在冬天的话，我国大部地区都是受到这种冷高压，或者说这种冷气团的这么一个控制或者影响，暖气团相对来说势力比较弱小，这样的话冷暖气流交汇并不是很强，相对来说气温幅度变化并不是太大。春季正处于这么一个冷气团和暖气团此消彼长的季节。当冷气团势力积聚到一定程度，并且大举南下的时候，这个气温就会大幅度下降。但是当它势力衰弱，而暖气团开始加强的时候，气温又会大幅度上升，所以就出现了这种忽冷忽热的现象。
